The Pilates Reformer is a unique piece of exercise equipment that enhances core strength, flexibility, posture, balance and overall strength. The Reformer is a low impact, total body workout. Due to its' versatility, it is ideal for beginners to advanced participants, pre and post natal conditioning, and rehabilitation
During this session we will utilize the Reformer, the exercise ball, and the core roll, for an ultimate total body Pilates workout. 30 minutes on the Reformer & 30 minutes ball & core roll.
Bring a friend for this fun Pilates session. We will combine Pilates mat exercises, ball and core roll exercises challenging the body with new movement patterns. The Reformer is not utilized during this session.
